Returns PolicyWe take your business seriously, and your satisfaction with our products is of outmost importance to us. To meet your standards of quality and service, we work selectively with the most reputable manufacturers that have shown the highest level of commitment to their partners and customers. However, Mega Supply Store is a vendor, and while we do produce a portion of the products we offer, most of the products are manufactured by companies that own the rights the respective products. Therefore Mega Supply Store has a limited control over the quality of merchandise offered on its site. With this in mind, we strive to offer a fair market environment with everyone's satisfaction in mind.
If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:
Not What You Ordered:
A lot of the shipping process is controlled by automated systems that greatly facilitate the ordering process and streamline your deliveries. Occasionally though, systems fail and mistakes happen, and as the result, a wrong size or style will be shipped. You will notice that the many boxes in which products ship are very similar in size and shape, so it is important that you check your order before opening the boxes. If you happen to receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.267.603.1622 and we will do our best to correct the situation.
Ordered the Wrong Size/Style:
Please be sure to make accurate measurements before ordering products that require being fit or installed into specific size spaces. If you receive your merchandise and find that it is the wrong size, we will gladly replace your order, but you will be charged for the return of the wrong size product.
The following items may be returned for a refund:
- Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing
- Defective merchandise
- Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly
- Merchandise that has not been installed, and is in new condition
Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s);
A restocking fee will apply:
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or damaged in shipment. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. In addition we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. Please note that we can not refund credit card or paypal payments after 60 days.
How to Return Items:
If you wish to return a product that you purchased from us, it is important that you create a Return Authorization Number so that we know it is coming and can make sure credit is properly applied. To do this, you must contact us within 30 days and will walk you through the steps. It is important to make sure that all items that are being returned are properly packaged. Once received it will be inspected for damages and the corresponding return stocking fee will be applied (unless otherwise stated).
Standard Shipping:We use UPS and DM trans. Shipments often need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at the driver's discretion. Items using standard shipping have several delivery types/time frames:
Curbside Delivery (Also called Freight or "LTL" Shipping): This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items like large sinks, bathtubs, shower doors, etc. Items are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for shipment, and delivered by scheduled appointment by lift-gate for to-the-curb service. All items must be inspected for freight damage prior to the driver leaving. Shipment time is 7-10 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all items except toilets. Toilets are shipped with a flat-rate fee of $150.
Payment Methods & Sales Tax:We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your card must have a verifiable billing address. (Authorize.net)
- PayPal: PayPal allows members to have one personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment. Visit http://www.paypal.com.
- Check: Once you've created your cart on one of our sites, contact us by phone and we'll help process your order.
